How to make a nomination

• Select one of the categories listed at the bottom of this page
• Click on the ‘Make my Nomination’ button next to the appropriate category
and simply download the form
• Complete ALL of the requested fields and e-mail your nomination to
nominations@nationalawards.org.uk prior to Monday 1st March 2010

What happens next?

Once we have received your nomination you will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail. Your entry form(s) will then be reviewed at the judging day that will take place in March. All shortlisted entries will be notified by early April. The winners will be announced at the National Awards ceremony and celebratory dinner held at the Hilton London Metropole on Monday 5 July 2010.
